The following returns policy does not apply to purchases made in-store.

Once confirming your order a binding agreement is made and you will automatically receive an e-mail confirming the order.
If you're using a Hotmail account, please check your junk/spam folder.
We reserve the right to cancel any orders in the event that the stock level was incorrect at the time of receiving the order.
In the event that this should happen, we will contact you and give you the opportunity to cancel the order.

Consent requirements for customers under the age of 18.
Age restrictions and parental or guardian consent is required for customers under the age of 18.

Privacy policy
Any and all information given to Mini Me Aps is treated as confidential. No information is at any point given to any 3rd parties and is strictly used between the customer and Mini Me Aps.

Our products are intended for retail consumers only. You shall not use this site to purchase products for re-sale or export.
If we suspect that you intend to resell our merchandise, we reserve the right to cancel your order.

Please return goods within 14 days of receiving the order for exchange or refund. Any customer wishing to return goods must fill out the return form.
The return form is sent to you in your order confirmation e-mail. Fill out this form with the relevant information and place it in the package returned to Mini Me.
Returns without a return form will not be considered. The products must be returned in the same condition as when received.
They are not to be used for any other purpose than trying it on for fit. If there is evidence that suggests that the goods have been used to such a degree
that it may have decreased the value of the product, the customer loses his/her right to exercise a return. Shoes must be returned in a shoe box with a
bag or envelope to protect the box from being damaged. Returned goods are checked and if the above conditions are fulfilled, the amount (minus shipping)
is deposited back into the customer's account or exchanged for something else. When exercising your right to return an item, the shipment is paid by the customer.
Mini Me will not compensate for returned packages lost during transit (return shipping), this is the customer's sole responsibility.
If you wish to return an item you can do so by either sending us a package or stopping by the Mini Me store with the package and your order number.

Defect item / reklamation
If you for some reason have received a defect item upon delivery or an item otherwise becomes defect, you must contact us immediately by sending an
e-mail with your invoice number and a picture/description of the defected item. Please send to with subject "Reklamation".
Once we receive an e-mail from you, we will contact you as soon as possible.

Refunds for returned products will be made to the cardholder as soon as Mini Me Aps has processed the return form (1-3 working days).
For some credit cards (Mastercard etc), expect up to 30 days before receiving your refund. For all other cards expect 5-7 days. Freight will not be refunded.

During sale or promotional offers the policy explained above will apply, except that Mini Me will not accept exchanges, only returns. For returns please send to the address below:

I have placed an order, but I have still haven't received an order confirmation?

Please ensure that you have entered the correct e-mail address. The order confirmation is always sent to the e-mail address saved in your
customer account - The same e-mail address you log in to your Mini Me customer account with. If this e-mail address is correct, please check
if the confirmation e-mail have been filtered into your spam folder. If you cannot find your order in this overview and also haven't received a
confirmation e-mail, please contact us asap.

Do you have stores besides the web shop?

What about sales tax?
- All prices include sales tax and are valid for countries within the EU. If you're ordering from anywhere outside of the EU, we will deduct the sales tax from the online price.
During the ordering process you will be able to see the net price. You might face customs fees, which Mini Me cannot be held responsible for.
These fees depend on the contents of the package as well as their value. Prices may vary.

Is credit card payment secure?
- Yes! When purchasing a product on your personal data and your credit card data is encrypted with a system called "Secure Socket Layer (SSL).

How long does delivery take?
- Denmark: 1-3 days, rest of the world: 3-5 days

Which countries does Mini Me ship to?
- Mini Me ships worldwide!

Why is the Mini Me website in English?
- Due to interest from outside Denmark we decided to launch in English.

Why should I create an account with Mini Me?
- Your order will be processed much faster since your address and e-mail address will be filled out automatically. Also the possibility of misspelling is eliminated.

Do I get customer advantages by signing up for the newsletter?
- Yes, by doing so you will receive special offers, updates and invitations to events held by Mini Me.

Can I return a package myself?

Why has 1 or more items been removed from my cart?
Sometimes we experience a high interest in specific products. It may occur that a product is sold out within minutes.
Please note that a purchase is not final before the payment is completed. This means that another customer can buy the last item in
stock even though you have it in your cart. We apologize for any inconvenience related to this matter.
